FYI fibreglass resin breaks very easy. I,ve messed around with it befor but it sucks. You will never know what I use because it's a special mix that is strong as steel.  It's very expensive and isn't available in stores...

Colin knows...the end...lol

But yeah, basic fingerboard mold making is not a huge deal.  I mean, everyone has to start somewhere and it takes a good year to get proficient so it's good practice.

You spent some time taking pics and shit mauro....crazy stuff.

You need some freakin grip gum on your sanding disc....I clean mine after every use....that you got there, almost hurts my feelings....haha  Grin

What's this grip gum todd?  I actually don't buy round sand paper...I make my own out of a huge roll of super heavy grit sandpaper.  It needs to be changed every 2-3 weeks...because junk gets stuck.

grip gum is like tannish brown rubber stuff...we used to use it in the early 90s, for skating...

like when you got a bunch of junk in your grip, you take this square log looking thing and rub it quick on the grip and it took most of the junk out...

a cheaper version is available at harbor freight or at like any hardware store...

http://www.amazon.com/LARGE-SANDING-BELT-DISC-CLEANER/dp/B000H69U7Q

^^^ example of what to look for..

You simply power up your sander, disc or belt, and hold the thing on there and move it....always hold it on the down turn of discs and at an angle with the direction of the belt...or it will jump up and bite you....

I told him to translate them, because I think it was a good beginning. Wink

I'm sorry about your decks.  I now use a good amount of epoxy in my decks.
Yanik-I didn't use enough glue when I made your deck a year ago...also I got new molds which allow me to press decks harder.  I do remember you saying that you loved that deck lol

For the 10000000th time, I'm not Mauro C.

I asked him to make this tutorial, he took the time to translate it from spanish..

I don't understand what's your problem. What are you trying to prove?
Will be you be happy if I say I'm Mauro C.?

And if you're correct, you won't win a prize or anything.

And yes, the power of a translator, what Mauro teach me and school classes helped me write this, because I know you'll say about how good my english now is.

I tried to fix things, but you're stupid.

Then how comes some posts are full of mistakes (still, not like they weren't some anymore), grammar errors, and others are pretty well written? Everybody knows you share the account right now.

And I told you that I use more glue ever since that deck of mine split(summer)...

Now I use epoxy which really strengthens decks

Anthony, I'm tired of you.

I don't know where you try to get.

So go play Sherlock Holmes to another place. OK?
